A barrister-at-law and
specialist in fiscal law, Renaud BELNET is responsible within
the firm for complex corporate or patrimonial restructuring projects
with fiscal and/or international implications.
This work has included
intricate merger/take-over deals and operations involving capital
development companies.
He has participated in many symposia, conferences and seminars
providing specialist training on fiscal matters and, more specifically,
on international tax legislation and real estate taxation.
In the course of his teaching activities, Renaud BELNET is
a regular lecturer at the Aix-en-Provence law faculty and the
Aix-en-Provence Institute of Business Law.
