In 1998, Frédéric FRIBURGER gained a Ph. D in
Business Law from the “Institut de Droit des Affaires” of
Aix-en-Provence (Business Law Institute) and joined the BEFJ
Raymond BELNET in january 2000 as a Barrister.
Through his interest in corporate activity, he was prompted
to enter the Social Low Department both in litigation and consultant
services.
He is also active in the legal assistance
to negotiate and finalise contracts both for companies and
private persons
(mergers, acquisitions…)
with emphasis on the relevant financial and human impacts.
